I’d like to preface this review with saying this is the second time in my life I’ve left online feedback. I’m a married, 39 year old mother of one and we unexpectedly just found out we’re pregnant again. I’ve been a patient of Oakland Macomb Gynecology and Obstetrics since they opened their Lenox location and have always had a pleasant experience. That is until today when we met with Buffie Severns after our first pre-natal ultrasound. She was dismissive of my concerns, generally condescending and actually interrupted me twice. We all have bad days but once I realized the interaction was not improving I asked to speak with someone else. As expected, we had to make another appointment so now we’re left waiting to have our questions answered and concerns addressed. Just want to let future pregnant ladies know about my experience.
