She is a good therapist, except for the fact that when you, a very anxious adult, answer the phone, she will ask if you forgot your appointment and that you answer the phone sounding confused. This happened twice and I was too anxious to let it happen a third time. It does not help that they call from a blocked number, so it shows as "no caller id". It felt demeaning for her to ask me, twice if I forgot my appointment. Of course, I did not, that's what I'm answering right when you call and sitting by my phone. I checked the time like 3 times and put it in my calendar each meeting. I think she works best with children, like it says in her bio. I just wish that I didn't waste my time trusting her to be able to understand my phone anxiety, but it was one of the worst things that could happen actually.

I've been working with Brynn for several months now and I have found that she is a compassionate and caring individual. While she does have a somewhat busy schedule, she traditionally is able to fit you in within a week. I personally have great admiration for her. She is an amazing LCSW, and I highly suggest her. In the past she has had thing pop up occasionally but has always been easy to reschedule with.

Not dependable! Cancel appointments last minute. If there was a lower rating I would select.
