Someone finally listened
Brynn was fantastic. She listened and responded and made me feel like I was important. She didn’t rush me or cut me off but listened to everything I told her and after 4 years I think someone is finally going to be helping me.

Treated like I matter
It was my first time seeing Brynn Cinnamon. She was a delight. Brynn talked TO me, not AT me. She was very kind and didn’t dismiss my concerns or questions. I like being treated like I my opinion matters. She’s also as cute as a bug’s ear, which always helps. Thanks, Brynn!
