BRYAN Has been my pcp now a while as my caregiver is amazing. But he has changed since Wellmed has taken over the office. Harder to make appointments a very limited office time. Speaking to fast and complex at time. And the inter office communication has failed multiple time to be delivery or responded to in a timely manner. The wait time calling into the offices has gone far above normal. I have had multiple appointments rescheduled to even have them cancled.

Had this provider for awhile and liked him for the majority of my time in his care. This was until I discovered he didn’t put my heart arrhythmia condition in my file despite my telling him about it years earlier. My prior cardiologist had lost my files in a transition of her practice’s file system, so I didn’t have any files to transfer. I originally intended to seek a new cardiologist (as I had moved from out of state) and had asked for a recommendation, but Bryan Roy said they could monitor me in office there, so I didn’t need one. I should’ve gone with my first instinct and found a cardiologist to monitor me because apparently my stating I had a condition didn’t warrant it being added to my file which caused another doctor in the practice to prescribe me medication that I shouldn’t have with a heart arrhythmia. I spent 3 days in the hospital to monitor for any major side effects. This was avoidable.

Bryan was the first provider to have firsthand knowledge of my diagnosis and explain things in a way that made sense and paved a path forward for me, after over a year of struggling with specialists who would just shrug their shoulders. He was very understanding and explained everything without me even having to ask, and gave me solutions that I can immediately act on. I have only seen him once and I already feel more confident than I have since this all started. He is truly an excellent provider!
