Bruce was very down to earth. He didn’t introduce himself as Doctor Heng. He introduced himself as Bruce. Very refreshing because it put at ease immediately. I felt as though he was a friend. He was extremely knowledgeable about chiropractic medics. He spoke in terms that were easy to understand instead of technical medical terms. I was very happy that he wasn’t a bone crusher. His literature gave a very thorough explanation of how he addresses issues. He listens to you as you describe your issues, explains what your issues are medically speaking and what he is going to do to correct your problem. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking chiropractic help!! His secretary and receptionist is very charming and efficient at her job. Makes you feel at home instantly. Debbie is the real deal!

it's a rarity to find a medical professional who will listen, and respond to questions. In addition to clear explanations, Dr. Heng delivers results-back pain is lessened and I'm closer to resuming 'normal' health than I have been in months.

Dr. Heng treated me for extreme lower back pain 30 years ago. He was able to relieve me of that pain. Recently my hip was hindering my cardiac rehab. I knew that the method Dr. Heng used was safe for 8 weeks post quadruple bypass surgery with sternum not fully healed. In 3 visits he has helped greatly. I will continue as his patient to alleviate some other minor back and neck problems.

Dr Heng is so great at making my neck almost normal for me! After a ski accident 30+ years ago, there are many times I can't turn my head and my neck hurts terribly. Usually, after a few visits to Dr Heng, I'm able to turn my head and neck again like it should. He's such a truly kind and caring doctor and really listens to what you tell him. I drive about an hour each way to his office to get the relief I know I'll get from him, and would drive much farther if that's what it took to see him!! Thank you Dr Heng!!

I have been going to Dr. Heng for 25+ years. I have been to numerous chiropractors since I was 13 yrs old and he is by far the best. I have explained to 2 pain management doctors the types of chiropractic techniques I have had and they both said to stick with Dr. Heng. His technique is pain free and, I feel, very safe. I make a 45-50 minute drive to see him, as do many others in my town and it's worth it! His staff is very friendly and professional and are great at getting you in when needed.

I have been going to Dr.Heng for 8 years,I have scoliosis in my neck and back due to a gymnastic accident.Since he has cared for me ,I remain pain free.When I travel,I develope pain by sleeping in hotel beds.Dr.Heng straightens my problems out right away.I could never imagine having another chiropractor care for my spine.He is the best of the best.His staff is great and they all go out of their way to accommodate my unusual schedule due to traveling.Wait times are virtually nonexistent.
