Met Bruce one week, on a Thursday at 5:15. He nicely asked us to call throughout the week to decide if we would like to continue. I called him a few days later saying we were interested in coming back the following week and he filled our time slot with a different patient. Was a bit disappointed and asked him to make a stronger commitment to helping us, then he hung up on me.
