This turned out to be an unfortunate visit. I had flown in from VA to bring my mom to the visit because she felt she was getting the run around. This NP has ZERO bedside manner. I thought she was filming us to show how NOT to perform an interview. She was condescending and very dismissive. She seldom made eye contact and sat the computer in front of us and typed most of the time. She assumed that we were uneducated and spoke down to us the entire visit. I'm sure she is well educated and well trained, but her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. If I were living here I would prefer she see someone else. Couldn't leave 1/16th of a star.
