I went to Brooke specifically to get a prescription filled. I got it filled directly after the appointment. I rarely use the medicine, so I needed to refill it 4 months later & Brooke’s office refused giving me any refills! 0 refills. saying I needed to come in for another appointment. I’ve been on this med for over a decade & have always gotten a year long refill prescription. Her office says it is her “standard of care” to require patients to come in every 3 months to get refills (I didn’t even get that). In other words they admitted that it's her decision to run things this way (price gouging) & it is not due to any regulation of the drug. My “standard of care” is to find a provider that respects my time & money & won't make me unnecessarily spend more of either in order to line her pockets. Going there is Absolutely a ridiculous waste of time &money! Do not go here wait time is horrific! My appt took all day. A construction worker drew my daughter’s blood & now no meds.

Brooke is so sweet & takes time with each patient as if they are her only one. Very compassionate and kind.

She knows what she is doing and is so kind and understanding. She was able to work with our schedule and went out of her way to help my boy get the help he needs.
