Wonderful Person & Talented DPT
I'd been dealing with annoying neck pain for years after a car crash and I finally sucked it up and went to PT. I'm the skeptical type and I don't like doctors telling me that I need 8 weeks at $499 per session for me to get better. She was honest, up front and very relaxed. The sessions were half her adjusting and working on my neck and half strength training, stretching and workouts. She has such an easy going personality and I felt very safe in her hands. I went for about 6 sessions and started feeling A LOT better. I didn't get any pressure at all after that to continue or to make a future appointment, she left it wide open and told me to call if I needed anything else. I loved that! Brooke is awesome!

My experience with Brooke has been very good. I'm sorry for the other reviewers who had bad experiences with her. She definitely has her methods that she likes to stick to, but they have worked for me. Perhaps her demeanor is not for everyone. Personally, I think she is an excellent physical therapist who cares about the progress of her patients.

Rude, poor demeanor, sarcastic. The therapy itself was ok, but her attitude was not. Sometimes an attitude adjustment is more valuable than a back adjustment.

Poor service and attitude. I felt judged during the entire treatment process. I am not a perfect human being myself, but that is neither here nor there. Please get an attitude adjustment and own up to your mistakes when a fellow medical professional corrects you.

Unprofessional and very rude. The treatment was ok but her demeanor is not acceptable. I tried making small talk and got shut down because she couldn't "focus on the therapy.". This is not how you speak to your pregnant patient who is suffering from heavy, recurring pain. Actually you shouldn't speak to anyone with an attitude, but especially not someone who is in a vulnerable position. Respect can go a long way if Ms. Israel learns to show it.

It took me months of pain and improper practice by a trusted healthcare professional for me to realize that this woman is not a good human being and certainly not in any way a doctor. She gave me bad advice about how I should lay down, she made my pain worse, and she gave me attitude on every visit. It's hard not to forget her intimidating glare. I have visited multiple therapists over a several decade career was a mother and as a manual worker. I have never been more disappointed.

I had multiple appointments with Dr. Israel back in August. During every appointment, she seemed extremely hurried to finish the job and she did not care to answer my questions in detail. She had no sympathy at all for my pain and injuries and made no effort to listen to my complaints and ADDRESS THE PARTS OF MY BODY THAT I TOLD HER WERE HURTING. She seemed to very full of herself and it really showed by her very dry personality and tendency to NEVER SMILE. She literally never smiles, EVER.
