The x-rays and visit were a waste of my time and money. I saw Ms. Coleman who I was told was a doctor and she is not. My index finger is swollen and I can hardly bend it. I explained this to Ms. Coleman and all she kept saying was...uh hun uh hun repeatedly. She never look at my hands either one. Her focus was on a x-ray that showed nothing not even arthritis. She then wanted me to do blood work to see if it was arthritis and spend money on an anti-inflammatory medicine.

Very knowledgeable . Good listener. Her diagnosis was correct. We care plan was conservative and worked perfectly. Would recommend her without reservation.

I went to Coleman on the 18th after going to Patient First on the 15th and 16th. She ignored Patient FIrst x-rays and did not treat my avulsion fracture. Her blank faced nurse put a cast on me, which has given me nerve damage (so far--it hasn't gone away and I'm in a boot; still have the lack of feeling in my toe). I am going to see her on the 29th, because I have no choice. At that time I will make a formal complaint to UPENN about her and her nurse.
