She's wonderful

Don't listen to the 1 star boob comment on this page. Brittany saw me at 12:30AM for a telemedicine visit. She was kind, empathetic and very helpful to my situation. I highly recommend her- she absolutely took wonderful care of me- regardless of being over video chat it felt she was right here listening to my medical concerns.

Bad experience
Had a virtual visit with this provider. She was very rude and dismissive from the beginning. Did not seem to care about my concerns of a possible serious medication side effect and told me just to call my prescriber in the morning because there’s nothing she can do for me. I emphasized the possibility of this being indicative of a serious, possibly dangerous side effect of the med but she specifically told me not to go to the ER and basically rushed off the call with me. I am polite to all health workers as I was her but I felt extremely disrespected by her in return,
