Dr. Britt Borders, OD

Dr. Boarders is so down to earth and answers all your questions and even gives info you might have forgotten. I'm a nurse but I still never know what others mean. You walk away knowing you have a good grasp of what's going on. I have very problematic eyes and I understand all of it. I will never see anyone but him so he can't LEAVE US! I trust him highly. So pleased!

On January 25, 2021, I had an eye exam and also ordered a pair of glasses. It took a few weeks to get them, so after wearing them for a week and being completely nauseated, I went back to their office on March 8, 2021 and returned the glasses. Britt indicated the measurements were wrong and would send them out to be replaced. I did not receive my glasses again until May 5, 2021. Yes, 2 month's later! Britt said the glasses were sent to the wrong place and then he said they were lost. The only reason I knew about these delays was because I kept calling the office because no one bothered calling me. Even when Britt said the glasses were lost and he'd call me back. I never got a call from him or anyone else. To make matters worse, I still couldn't see out of the glasses when I picked them up so I was back a the office returning them. Sara asked me did I want Britt to take a look at them again and I said no I wanted a refund. After all that I went through, I only receive a partial ref

Our family went for our first eye exam visits with this practice and we were so very impressed. The staff were so calming and patient with the kids. Everything was incredibly clean. Dr. Borders was kind, straightforward, knowledgeable and professional. One of the best optometry experiences we have ever had. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend.
