Britney worked us in for an appointment within a few days due to urgency of situation. Patient needed consult prior to surgery. She was friendly, thoughtful, kind, very knowledgeable, thorough, asked and answered questions. Left with an easy to understand follow-up of instructions. Within a week, patient was off pain meds and had resumed normal functioning and scheduled for surgery.

Britney is a VERY knowledgeable healthcare professional, and just about the most delightful personality you could hope to meet. Austin Gastroenterology Associates has been my go to for the treatment of my Crohn’s for the last 20 years. I met Britney through Dr. Harish Gagneja’s office. She is exactly the sort of person I would expect to be working with a man I (and most nurses I’ve met) regard as the very best Gastroenterologist in Austin. I trust her with my life.
