One of my family members is diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder. We recently switched insurance, they ran out of the prescription drug (which was helpful), and we decided to find a new psychiatrist to continue their treatment. We ended up scheduling with Dr. Jeffries's office, but in the process, their office showed an utter chaos in organization, and the doctor showed a lack of care even when the patient gets to see them. The office scheduled my family member with the wrong doctor, sent the wrong paperwork twice, and was not able to prescribe them the drug they need to function even after visiting the doctor, given they already have an official diagnosis. As a family member it just pains me to see how a new patient is treated there, and would like to share it with others considering this practice.
