Her treatment left me worse than before and her office ignored me when I called for help on what to do. I had to call multiple times and be very assertive and they still wouldn’t help me. I then contacted the office manager who ignored me and then finally stated that I had to stay with the same provider because “they knew me”. The intermediary office person left her robe nobody notified and no one took over my case. I tried to be patient and finally called again only to find that no one knew about my situation. It took months of battling to get a different provider with still no help on what to do about the bad reaction to the drug. In the meantime, I had daily diarrhea and bleeding. Not the care I expected from Mayo
