Colville Physical Therapy was highly recommended to me for getting help with chronic knee issues. I now know why. Dr. Topham's accurate assessment of my knee and surrounding muscles and joints led to a very effective treatment plan which I was dedicated to follow. The specific remedial exercises, various manual modalities, cryotherapy and Laser all contributed to healing the soft tissue and eliminated all the effusion/inflammation I recognized immediately, Dr. Topham and Jon Steel were very knowledgeable and highly experienced. They created an effective Treatment which resolved my knee difficulties. I walked into the clinic with a knee support brace on, and left pain free and fully mobile again. I'm free to resume long distance cycling, swimming and hiking without an overuse injury interfering with my sports and spirits. The clinic is highly organized, clean, with friendly and courteous staff. I highly recommend Dr. Brian Topham and his team. Caroline Best RN
