Dr. Brian is patient and caring and willing to work with you to solve your health problems. As a surfer, he understands and knows how to work with athletes to optimize their performance. He has helped me both rebound faster after injury and keep me healthy. I highly recommend him as a sports chiropractor.

Dr. O'Mullan listened to my concerns and addressed my needs immediately. I was in a tremendous amount of pain prior to my visits. After only two visits and following his directions properly on what to do once I leave the office. I was able to completely regain full range of motion with my body and any pain I was experiencing with my back and shoulders went away. I was truly concerned before I visited Dr. O'Mullan, that I would have to have surgery. Thank you!

I drive 75 minutes one way to see him! He is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He recommends exercises to get your body strengthened to help avoid the aches and pains. He gives a good explanation on why the pain. I had a lot of pain in my left leg and back. GONE! Whatever ails me, he has been able to adjust me to a comfortable and pain free level. My knees were painful, GONE! i had headaches for two weeks. He checked my blood pressure , High! I never knew!. GO SEE DR. BRIAN! Feel good!

Love love love... Dr Brian and his staff.. Such a warm caring environment.he really takes his time with you, never a rush or a long wait. Its a very relaxed place. You can feel that Dr B realy wants to help his patients and that he genuinely cares about the well being and health of his patents and loves what he does.. His staff is amazing. I look forward to going to his office. I can go on and on. Can't say enough how great compass chiropractic is!!!
