Dr. Brian Norensberg, PSY.D

Gave me very helpful guidance and showed me a better, common sense way of handling my life issues at the time. I will work with him on my new challenges as my health changes. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help to make sense of this crazy world.

It took weeks to get an appt and 1 day before the scheduled appt I was called and informed Norensberg would not be available in the office that day. No reschedule, no call back. So I call back to schedule again and was told Dr. Norensberg doesn't feel like he can help with your issue. What therapist on the planet can't help with depression issues? very bad follow through and terrible customer service...

I have been looking for a therapist for my son for about two years now and by the grace of God he had a cancellation and i was called the next day to see if i could bring my son in to see him. Best thing that has happened in a long time. This man was professional, down to earth, empathetic, funny, serious, understanding, listened very intently and made both me and my son feel very comfortable. I have not seen my son this optimistic about something in a very long time. Thank you Dr.

Dr. Norensberg has been seeing my child for over a year now. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a kind, thorough and knowledgeable clinician. He has been and continues to be a great help to my family. His staff is great at emergency calls and communicating with me. We always get reminder texts and a personal call as well. 10/10 would recommend.

I've spent a month trying to schedule an appointment with Dr. Norensburg. I left countless unreturned messages. Getting the intake forms took several days of calling to get. The returned calls seemed to suggest the staff was lying about why I hadn't gotten the forms and why I wasn't getting them after the calls. I came to my appointment to find that I had been cancelled on with no notification. The staff said they had called and emailed me, but I checked and found that was a lie as well.

It's never easy looking for a therapist that best suits you. Usually takes trying and failing before finding the right one. I got lucky with Dr. Norensberg and his staff, always welcoming and kind. My mental and emotional health has improved tremendously and I have learned soo much about my own mental awareness. Very caring, trustworthy and hilarious. Thank you Dr. Norensberg!!!

Dr. Norensberg made a great and fast connection with my teenage son and myself. He was kind and attentive and was able to "read" him fast and get him to feel comfortable and open up. I highly recommend him for teens and adults alike.

I have been a patient of Dr.Norensberg for over 3 years. I suffer from severe mental illness. Since I have been seeing Dr. Norensberg I have been able to do much more today then I ever could. He really cares for his patients and really helps you work through everything. He doesn’t sugar coat anything and gets to the root of the problem. Dr. Norensberg makes all my sessions very comfortable even on days where I am more anxious than other. He is highly knowledgeable, intelligent, and by using many textbook references to explain further, it provided me the ability to trust in his problem solving skills. He not only is a great listener, he values your time and determined to help you find solutions.

I can't imagine how far off track my life might be right now without the help of Dr. Norensberg. I felt so stuck in the chaos of my situation I could not see a way to the other side. Im not where I want to be yet but Im a heck of a lot closer than I was a few months ago! I have struggled with my mental disorders almost all of my adult life. I've tried a ridiculous amount of medications in my life, but I never really believed in cognitive behavioral therapy. I am still getting to know Dr. Norensberg, but I can tell you one very AWESOME thing: Dr. Norensberg has made me a believer! For the first time in years, I have hope again! It is truly empowering to be an active participant in my own mental health! What a fresh, new experience! He truly cares, and it shows!!
