Brian Mancuso treatment was not only a joke of help, but then he denied the initial service he offered when we forst arrived for my 10 yo son. He is a terrible PA and a joke to the medical practice. He put 1 glove on, used no instruments, barely touched my son's eye, took his glove off, started spouting off some super important sounding PA verbiage and said there was nothing he could do. I asked if I would get the 50 dollars I just paid back due to not even accessing my child. He stared at me blankly. I then said Okay, I guess I'll drive into Children's Hosp of Pitt. It was a Saturday morning at 9am, my son's pediatrician office was closed. And then I asked him if he could use the numbing drops he initially offered to at least ease the pain in my son's eye in which he responded to me :' You just told me you didn't want my help.' Like a 5 year old and opened the door. I said, 'Sir can you help my son?!' Which he responded the same sentence. I was SHOCKED at his action. Do not recomm

Brian is a PA in the ED at Jefferson. He poorly explained what was going on with my care then informed there was no reason to admit after I had been called to return to hospital to be admitted. Four hours later different doctor called me to return asap to be admitted and placed on IV. Stay away from this provider if you can.
