Dr. Hales takes the time to explain signs of various eye symptoms. The office girls r very friendly. I plan to keep Dr. Hales for future exams. It was also nice to pick out frames with no one breathing down my neck. Thank-you!!!!!

Would like to but as if now can't do to Office Managers position of response To Insurance coverage and attitude of opposition to what true actuall coverage Is by Blue Cross. She received information from contract Co hired by Blue Cross saying one thing and Blue Cross is saying something else. Both Co's are trying to resolve this between themselves and admitt there is a error.. In the mean time as of now I'm being refused service by Office Manager ? Unsure if Mr Hales OD is aware of this ??
