Dr. Cox has a refreshing and highly successful approach to PT. He recognizes that the entire body is connected, and treats specific injuries as part of a larger opportunity to improve health and fitness. I first began seeing Dr. Cox for a back injury five years ago after a car accident, and still use the strengthening and flexibility routines that he developed for me every day. Thanks to him, I feel better than I ever have, and am able to do just about every activity pain free, including hiking, construction, and athletics. Overall, Dr. Cox is professional, personable, and highly dedicated to his patients. Highly recommended!

I am an avid runner in my 50s. I started going to Brian to get help with my hips, as tightness and an imbalance was affecting my runs over long distances. Then, I sprained my ankle. Very badly, and multiple times. It just wouldn't heal. Through a course of treatment, Brian not only helped me get back on track, he also helped me understand the power of mobility and functional training, and gave me the tools to improve my training as well as my recovery. My ankle is stronger than ever!

I don't recommend Brian for anything more than minor injuries. You receive very little one-on-one time with Brian as he juggles sometimes six clients at a time. He should not take on clients that need extensive therapy and it's my belief that he is doing a great disservice to post surgery clients like myself. After 6 weeks of therapy, my Dr. said I was 5 weeks behind and sent me to his therapist. The difference in care and results in half the time are astounding.
