Great Experience
1st time I have seen Dr. Alva but whenever I need to go I will be more than happy to see him again. He was friendly and exceptionally good at explaining my diagnosis. I didn't feel rushed and at the end of my appointment he asked one last time if I understood and had any further questions.

Very professional
Dr. Alva is very professional and very kind. I had questions of which he answered with very good knowledge and took his time with me. I did not feel rushed. I had the feeling I was his only patient for the day. He answered all of my questions very professionally.

SPEEDY AND PROFESSIONAL CARE
I appreciate Dr. Alva's professional care. I had a minor issue and he reassured me that it was good to come in and have it checked out. As always the staff does a vision check as part of the appointment routine and to help identify if there is a change in vision. Wait time was minimal...perhaps 15 minutes.

Very thorough
Dr Alva took his time to find out what was causing my eye irritation and gave me a very thorough explanation and exam. He was kind and not rushed during my appointment. He even had me schedule a follow up appointment for a week to check on the progression of his solution.
