Dr. jacques is s the first doctor to get to the root of my problems and give me the steps to a solution I could follow. I have gone to dr. Jacques for over 5 years and my visits help me stay on track. I have reversed issues I’ve had, and balanced my hormones. Optimal health is a continual journey of monitoring and adjusting. He has helped me with this.

I spent 2 years with dr Jaque and continued appointment through Skype ( of course paid ) at a sudden he stopped answering and even didn’t let his secretary to answer. He should have given a reason at least for not replying . It might be because I didn’t buy supplements from him. any way I found a better dr.

I've been seen dr. Brett since last December. Althought he has helped me a lot and i consider him a very good dr. It has been really difficult and a challenge to communicate with him or her assistant Yolie. They tell you, you can write, call or leave voice messages with your questions and they will get back to you, and in my case it doesn't happens. I have to write twice or wait 2 weeks for an answer. Very bad customer/patient service. Its a shame
