Brenton Hoyos, HAS

I have been a patient of Brenton Hoyos for almost 5 years. After purchsing my hearing aids over 6 years ago, I have seen Brenton every 3 months to clean my hearing aids and to answer any questions that I might have. Brenton asked good fact finding questions, listens to my answers and will ask how I am doing to make sure the hearing aids are doing their job. I am VERY satisfied with the level of care that I have received and will continue to see Brenton quarterly. Great job !

Brenton is very helpful and genuinely interested in helping with my hearing. I have been wearing my hearing aids every day for the past six months and can honestly say they have changed my life! A total difference from struggling to hear, to truly being able to hear what is going on around me; something I haven’t experienced in years! I truly believe that Brenton really wants to help people with hearing problems, hear as well as possible.

My husband and I visited with Brenton. He is such a people person and very thorough explaining things. My husband got his hearings aids and was ecstatic on how well he could hear. Everything was explained with no pressure on the patient whatsoever. We would recommend Brenton to anyone who thinks they may have difficulty hearing. He can certainly help you discover the problem. Dr. Hoyos is excellent and very friendly. I have visited his office 4 times and each time he met my needs to a T. I highly recommend him to anyone with hearing problems. He will definitely get the job done and you will be pleased

To say that I was "satisfied" would be an understatement. Brenton is professional but comfortable. He explains hearing "loss" and "recovery" in a way I could understand, relate to and TRUST!! Visiting Brenton, in the. N. CHARLESTON location, would be a gift to and all loved ones who have to say "what did you say!?!? Because my hearing is now so good, my life has IMPROVED and I hope yours will too!!

I have been wearing hearing aids for almost 30 years so this is not my first experience with hearing aids, or hearing specialists, but it is my "first" time I have had someone be so caring and sincere. Brenton Hoyos encouraged my family to become part of the process. No one has ever done this before. My family and I feel like he should be recognized for the outstanding services he provides. Because of Mr. Hoyos, I can now venture out with greater confidence and have an improved outlook on life.

I came to Brenton at the end of July after experiencing hearing difficulties for the past 3-4 years. He was concerned about my ear drum and referred me to an ENT. I went to Charleston ENT and the Dr. I spoke with (we'll keep him nameless) was very rude and spoke negatively of AccuQuest, which surprised me. I went back to Brenton and he helped me get the hearing aid I need! I would highly recommend anyone to see Brenton if you need help with your hearing!

Excellent experience. Brenton patiently listened to my hearing experiences; especially with the "mumblers" in noisy environments. After testing me, he fully explained what I was actually not hearing -- decibels and frequencies. Wow; my wife was right all these years. He answered my questions, and helped assess my needs. The hearing aids were instantly comfortable. Sounds are richer and fuller. I can hear my wife now and those "mumblers" aren't mumbling anymore. . . Thanks Brenton!!

The service that we received was awesome. We (my wife and I) were treated with great level of respect. When it was time to find out whether we could afford the hearing devices, Dr. Hoyos prayed that we would be able to get the finances we need to get the devices. We appreciated that so much because we are Christians and have had difficult times financially. We have recommend ACCU-QUEST to a friend in Greenville, SC who has severe hearing loss! I so glad that we decided to try ACCU-QUEST.

The service was phenomenal and thorough. I recommend them to anyone suffering from hearing impairments. It was affordable and most worthwhile.

Brenton makes you feel like you are his only priority. No hurrying or or watching time. I am glad I chose AccuQuest , good product and and outstanding hearing aid specialist and staff. Follow up and satisfaction are their concern.

Cannot express my gratitude to Brenton for his care, concern, knowledge, attention, quiet encouragement, smile, in 500 characters!! I have a 3-paragraph testimony written, but condensed, I cannot thank Brenton enough for my revived, clear hearing. It has been as if my brain opened up when my hearing was restored. The struggle to hear weighed on my brain and I didn't know it - I have my joy back, I can talk to grands on the phone, take Bible study, feel I am fighting dementia. THANK YOU BRENTON!

My father is 82 years old and we have been to all his appointments he has had with Brenton. We cannot say enough good things about Brenton. He is professional, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He has gone out of his way to make sure my fathers needs are met. My dad can hear so much better with his custom made hearing aids along with the Sound Gate and Blue Tooth Adapter Brenton arranged for him. He can hear the tv now! You can tell Brenton has a passion for his profession and helping people.

Aging does not have to be a bad thing. Hearing can degrade as we age, but loss of hearing can be corrected with the application of proper hearing devices. Being able to participate in normal conversations can readily make you feel like a useful member of any social group again. Volunteering at the hospital, I had difficulty hearing what people said to me. After wearing hearing aids I now hear requests clearly! Brenton can tweak the units you choose, so that you get maximum hearing benefits.

I've known I've had hearing loss for at least 3 years & would not commit to hearing aids because I didn't want people to see them & know I had hearing loss. But I was constantly saying 'huh' or 'what did you say?' When my hearing specialist, Brenton showed me how bad my hearing really was, I decided to purchase hearing aids & improve my hearing. It's the best decision I've made! Now I am hearing so well, I wish I would have done it 3 years ago! Don't be vain. Do what you need to do.

Brenton is a very nice young man who cares about his patients. He explained about the problems I am experiencing and adjusted my hearing aids so that I could hear much better. He was patient and gave me a thorough exam of my hearing. I have had bad experiences before with other companies; but Accuquest introduced me to the first hearing aids that were right for me. I have been seeing them for a little over 3 years now and have always been treated kindly and efficiently by all of the staff.

Brenton is the most caring, gentle and honest person I have ever met. He changed my life. I am now able to hear sounds I didn't even know were in my life. I am so happy and grateful to Brenton and Keela for all their kindness. When I first tried out my hearing aids, I burst into tears. It was like a miracle!!!

I was skeptical when I arrived at Accuquest Hearing Center last year. My family had been telling me that I was hard of hearing, but I did not really believe that. Once my testing was complete, Dr. Hoyos told me that I would benefit from wearing hearing aids. After a year of wearing them, I am a true believer. It has made a big difference in my understanding, and conversations are not as hard as they used to be.

Mr Hoyos was so kind and compassionate. He explained everything he was going to do and the long range implications of hearing loss simply and straightforwardly - he even had pictures, diagrams, and charts. Impossible to recommend him strongly enough. I didn't need any hearing help now, but when I go back next year it's a possibility.
