Dr. Mruz listens well and sheds light on the issues you bring to him and then some. He’s compassionate and will give concrete advice. He’s also an encourager with a sense of humor. My wife and I would highly recommend him and have done so with friends.

Brent was extremely helpful in navigating me through my ruminating mind to make the connection between current thoughts and past experiences. It's fascinating, relieving and rewarding to understand how the mind works vs. just being stuck in the perpetual thought maze to no where. Digging is hard work so it's nice to know there's someone like Brent who's willing to dig shoulder to shoulder with you.

Brent is an incredible person to open up to. He's been an amazingly insightful advocate for my happiness, self-worth, and well-being. He's powerfully changed my life for the better. I certainly recommend that anyone struggling with this life make an appointment and see what possibilities he sees for you. It really does feel like talking to a dedicated, caring, non-judgmental friend.
