WORST ever. I’m in more pain after seeing her than before. She doesn’t listen to anything you say & when you tell her how upset you are, instead of listening, all she does is defend herself. If I could give her zero stars I would.

Horrible. I went in to have fluid taken off my knee. Ms. Giffen did not wait for the numbing spray to work. She just stabbed me and it was the worst inflicted pain I have ever felt. She was unable to extract the joint fluid. Apparently, the pain management department does not have an ultra sound. I have had this procedure done before and my Doctor was the best. Waited until I could not feel a thing. He was able to extract the excess joint juice and I felt so much better. Will never go back to this pain management department again. When I was in pain I started breathing out and in and she told me to turn my head. She has the bedside manner of a grizzly bear. I cannot give her one star.
