I was at the bottom of a barrel. Been down so long it looked up to me. Wonderful Dr Keins said I have a wonderful therapist for you. I thought yea sure... As i had seen one 3 times in SF and useless. Well long story short. She took all the fragmented pieces of my mind and soul and we together with my work on my issues i am more than sane. I am spiritually alive focused Happy. I can dance again. 20 yrs as professional dancer so lost i could not lift my foot to music in dance therapy.
