No accountability or organization. Very hard to get a hold of.

Never responded to emails, gave me the wrong prescription, would forget about appointments. Never have left a review about anything but felt I needed to for this since it’s dealing with something as serious as mental health

Horrible, chooses to prescribe medications in a certain manner and doesn't believe in symptoms you present. If you take a certain medication prior that she doesn't "prescribe", she will refuse to help. Very passive and is never on time to appointments. Hard to contact.

She took her time getting history and listening to my issues. Appointments go over the time alloted. I definitely feel like she gives me many options on how to deal with my current issues.

Couldn't even get in. She works for Innovative Mental Health Services and they called to tell me they couldn't take my case because it was too complex. They didn't even speak with me first. Unbelievable.

I just had my first visit with Brenda and she felt very genuine and kind, she was deeply concerned with how I was feeling. She also took the time to discuss my problem and medications and possible side effects I would totally recommend this wonderful person.

Brenda Bush, while a kind person, and deserving of respect as is any other human being, isn't very good at her job. My first visit with Brenda Bush, earlier this year, was disheartening, to say the least. I had filled out all of my paperwork days before and had faxed it in, and when first meeting with her I could tell she hadn't read it prior. When she would asking me to tell her my history--which I understand is needed--she kept reiterating what I was saying, but completely inaccurately. I found myself repeating myself "repeatedly." She would also spend 10-20 minutes during our sessions giving me general life advice that didn't at all pertain to my complaint or that even had to do with mental health. When I came in for subsequent visits she had a hard time remembering key details of my medical history, and even forgot the medications she had previously prescribed me and had me try. All in all, while Brenda is a kind person, she is inept at her job. I can't recommend this person.
