Brandy Benjamin, NP came across as thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly… all the things you want in a provider but sadly rarely see these days. I didn’t feel rushed or judged in any way, and left my appointment feeling heard and confident my care will be tailored to suit me as an individual as opposed to being forced into a cookie-cutter care plan at a revolving door practice. Everyone I’ve dealt with so far at this practice has been great. From Bobby in scheduling (who is a real gem!), to the reception clerks, to the MAs/nurses, to my providing nurse practitioner Brandy Benjamin, this whole practice is a class act.

They know me very well and no one I’m having a hard time and help treat what they can of current health problems I would very much recommend them to anyone who needs a specialist because this is their specialty and this is one thing that you guys are very very good at this is definitely your calling

Brandy is very patient friendly and knowledgeable . She made me feel very comfortable and like my concerns were important to her.

I can describe my recent experience in one-word... "horrible". This NP showed me absolutely no empathy and I was treated very condescendingly. I hate leaving bad reviews but I not only did not have my immediate concerns met, extreme pain, but I was also insulted afterwards...I will never go back to see this NP again. I may just be looking into further options.
