She is excellent! Very thorough and very intelligent. She truly takes time to listen to her patients and follows through on treatment. I would not go to anyone else!!

Brandi is the PCP for me and my children. She is sincere and is really caring and during this crazy time, good care is hard to find. She was able to help us get our sons asthma under control which had not been managed at his prior PCP. I haven’t had to miss a single day of work due to his asthma since switching our care to her. She explained everything to us as his parents and to him as the patient which hadn’t been done before. I haven’t seen a PCP as knowledgeable as her before! She has also helped treat my depression with more than prescribing medicine and helped me understand what I can do to help myself better manage it. She is amazing!

I feel concerned with the care and knowledge Brandi Brenner has about the wide array of medical issues and diagnoses that are "frequently" encountered in todays population. I feel that most of my concerns are swept under the rug or pushed off without any investigation from her. "Medicate and isolate" is what i believe her motto is. After her failure to recognize a medical emergency in my lab reports, I went to the ER and was admitted. The ER doctor could not believe I was told "no, you don't need to go to the er" AFTER I specifically asked that question. This was based on the lab reports from a blood draw earlier day. Had I not went into the ER, her blatantly unable to interpret very abnormal labs could have killed me. My concerns go to the wind and after asking for a different provider in the same office, they said "we don't do that here". So I HAD to leave their office to find a provider. I now have a DOCTOR not a Nurse Practitioner, operating UNDER a DOCTOR.

I was going to Brandi Brenner for a couple years or so. I decided I would like to start seeing a doctor instead of a nurse. I requested to switch and was told I needed permission from my current caregiver first. I dropped it. A couple weeks later I received a letter in the mail stating I had been released and can no longer receive care from any doctor in the building. I was undergoing medical treatment where an mri was the next step. Needless to say this was a huge setback considering how long it takes to get in with a new doctor elsewhere. And why I was banned from the practice for requesting a switch is beyond belief.
