As a nurse with this organization, I’ve seen my fair share of stressed, overworked, or neurodivergent providers. Unfortunately, none of that applied to my visit with this PA. I was seen for an URI as my pcp office was closed. I was repeatedly talked over, cut off, and spoken down to. He made me feel like I was lying about when I started my antibiotics? Completely unprofessional and terrible bedside manner. Defensive, rude, and treated me like a liar about my own illness history.

Took my toddler and infant to Velocity Care as all three of us had been sick with congestion, fever, and cough for over a month and had not improved since previous doctor visits 3 plus weeks prior. Was told my kids weren’t sick, it was “allergies,” and he implied I was lying about them having fevers (“Oh you think? So you didn’t use a thermometer, got it”) and the length of the illness. I was shamed to the point of tears when I asked if there was a steroid shot or other option to relieve our ongoing symptoms. I was cut off and spoken down to repeatedly. I tested positive for RSV and he told me to socially distance from my toddler and nursing infant. Told me “these kids are healthy” (with thick green mucus running down their noses, coughs and recent fevers) instead of validating that we had all probably been battling ongoing RSV. I was treated like a hysterical idiot instead of a mother who desperately wanted help for herself and children after more than a month of illness.

I was seen at an urgent care and was seen by Dr William’s. Had had severe pain on the top of my foot when walking. He did an X-ray and told me I had plantar fasciitis. I decided to go to a podiatrist. That dr did an X-ray I gave have a fracture on the top of my foot and have to wear a boot. Dr Williams told me there were no fractures. He didn’t seem to care and was trying to get in and get out. Worst care at that urgent care

Mr. Williams told me that I could do whatever I felt like doing at my discharge visit after RTHR. I did and my hip dislocated twice. I think very highly of the physician he is associated with, but I never want to see Mr. Williams again.
