Dr Louis is arrogant, rude and condescending!! I was shocked to encounter such a rude jerk in Colorado Springs. Couldn't stop thinking about the visit for days Everyone else in CS is so nice. The rest of the staff was great. I guess he assumed that because I have a southern accent that I was and uneducated ignorant redneck... Well Dr. "strip mall" Louis, nothing could be further from the truth. I'll not be using your services again!!
