Dr. Howerter is both very professional and equally personable. Meeting with him was refreshing, after having had a couple recent medical appointments, in which the practitioners seemed more like robots! He's very human, answered my questions, and shed light on my vision problem with a recommended (and understandable) treatment plan. Very thankful to be one of his patients.
