Unprofessional experience

I been going to the location in Oakland for more than 5 weeks and in those 5 weeks several times my appointments were move or cancel without notifying me. When I spoke with Mister Nuget his suggestion was to go and take a nap in one of the rooms. I asked to get the owners information because I wanted to tell him about my experience in Oakland and Mister Nuget said it was private. I do not recommended this place they are very unprofessional.

Just average at best. Their charges are outrageous without insurance.
