Everything is “anxiety”
Seen for concerns for POTS, very high heart rate, loss of consciousness, and poor quality of life. Very dismissive. Insisted on anxiety as the diagnosis. Not willing to understand severity of symptoms. Guess who has POTS after seeing a cardiologist? Me! Butterflied will not prescribe you any helpful medications and will not offer real solutions.

Medical assistants/LPNs made it awful
The medical assistants/LPNs were highly unprofessional. A 2 year old boy is brought in by his under 30yr old father, who could absolutely not get his son to take medicine, for pink eye and all they did was verbally ridicule the situation. “Who wants to get pinkeye?!” Were the comments made while my 2yr old nephew was waiting for over 30 mins in such a fit for relief. Very unprofessional.
