Bradee is very thorough. She talks to you like a person and not just reading things out of a textbook. It is easy to understand her explanations and doesn't mind answering questions.

I saw Bradee for the first time yesterday. She was extremely thorough, helpful and took her time explaining things to me. She didn't make me feel rushed at all. It's so nice to have someone in the health care industry treat you like a patient, and not like a number. She is to be commended.

Normally, I visit the Gainesville office of Kidney Care, but recently decided to try the Braselton location due to the proximity to my house. I was extremely pleased with the service I received at this location. The wait was almost non-existent, both for my lab visit and for the office visit follow-up the next week. All of the staff are very outgoing and easy to talk with. Bradee had a very pleasant personality, and it was a very relaxed first appointment. Bradee is top-notch - appearing just as knowledgeable about my needs as any other of my many physicians. I plan to utilize this location more often in the future for my follow-up appointments.
