I have had many E.R. visits and when Brad Schmeling Is on he always has met the attendants on the ambulance at the room and is prompt in explaining what will be done and will have x-rays taken immediately if needed. I have had major and minor injuries and he is very proficient in having things like braces, IV’s at the ready. He has always been very kind and never in a hurry especially with my questions.
