The WORST!!
I found Brad on better help 2-3 years back. He should NOT have a license, not only did he feel the need to push his ideals on me, he told me in depth about his drug use, but also suggested that I ‘start an OnlyFans’ to make additional income.

Seemed like he had a chip on his shoulder and that he’d rather be anywhere else.

Arrogant and extremely rude. Annoyed and angry before we had even exchanged any information. 100% avoid, especially if you have genuine mental health concerns. It almost felt like I was being punished for something I'd said on my form or something? Who knows. But not a nice man.

Very passive aggressive. Seemed annoyed from the offset. Left feeling pretty shocked at how rude he was. Would never recommend his services.

I tried to contact Brad via email and voicemails for a couple weeks and didnt hear back for about 2 weeks. He called my work phone, did not tell me who he was and asked "what the hell is wrong with you" it caught me off guard. then i found out he had seen my sister and asked if i had the same problems as her or what my problem was. we went ahead and scheduled an appointment on the phone for a couple weeks out... that day finally arrived and when it came time to my appointment that i had scheduled for a couple weeks i arrive to an empty building, no lights on, doors locked,no cars around, nobody answering the phone and no calls/emails/voicemail stating he would not see me, was not able to make it, needed to reschedule or absolutely anything at all. when dealing with depression and lot of other issues, it is not the best feeling in the world for you own first time going to a "therapist" and they forget about you just like everyone else seems to do...... very unprofessional.
