Bonnie Mucklow, LPC

Bonnie is awesome! Her 40 years plus experience helped my younger 3 kids, all which have different, unique challenges. They actually liked going to counseling with Bonnie. Bonnie is phenomenal with kids (and families) and is successful with obtaining responses & interactions from my kids. Unlike some counselors which simply ask questions, Bonnie askes questions AND puts a plan in place which inevitably brings accountability to the family. In addition, with families which have strained parent relationships, she will email both parents with a issue in an attempt for the parents to understand the issue and problem solve the issue. I can't say enough positive things about Bonnie!

Bonnie is extremely friendly

I had an appointment scheduled with this therapist and she was a no-show. I waited for 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and she never showed. I left her a voicemail letting her know that I arrived and waited for her and she never returned the message. My first meeting I did about 95% of the talking. Minimal engagement was done on Mucklow's part. I am very disappointed with the first face-to-face meeting, then a no-show, and finally no follow-up. The no-show was the final disappointment.
