Dr. Bonnie at Aspen Chiropractic is truly amazing! She always listens to my concerns and does a thorough job of adjusting me. Dr. Bonnie is a gentle and very effective chiropractor. I really trust her in helping me maintain my best alignment. Dr. Bonnie even goes as far as giving me exercises/stretches I can do at home as well as telling me if I should use heat or ice on the sore areas. I am so glad I found her years ago. I have recommended Dr. Bonnie more than once and will continue to. The staff at Aspen Chiropractic are friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help.

Dr. Bonnie is a gentle yet effective chiropractor. She walked me through every single step, and knew what the problem was right away. I would highly recommend. Especially if you are nervous about going to a chiropractor.

I was in a great amount of pain when I arrived. She found the problem on my first visit, after the adjustment I stood up and had no pain. It was sore and I had to have a couple more adjustments to keep things in place but there was no pressure to keep coming back. In fact she told me to make an appointment the following week but if I felt better to go and cancel it.
