BONNIE is an excellent therapist. And I have come along way since the first day I showed up at her door. To be honest, I was a mess! I felt she listened to me, and she heard me. She has a compassionate and mindful approach. Her methods not only address immediate concern, but also focus on long-term mental health fostering a nurturing environment for personal growth. Bonnie is amazing. You can feel that she truly cares about you, but even more so, cares about helping you get your life to where you want it to be. She listens, she remembers the things you say, supports you when you need it, and challenges you when you need it. I feel so grateful to have found her.

It is unbelievable how much of a positive impact my therapy sessions here has made on my life in such a short period of time. I've definitely had unsatisfactory experiences in the past with therapy but I am very glad I was referred to Bonnie.
