Definitely in Wrong Profession-Doesn't Care
Did not keep appointments for 6 weeks, never returns calls, has abandoned my family member, they have not provided promised care x 6 weeks, staff is totally inept, unprofessional and rude. Talked only with her Director Dr Munir who repeatedly says that "he is Jarvis patient". They lie that they have kept telemedicine appointments and have abandoned their patient.

RUDE
This woman should not be in this profession! She is the most rudest, unsympathetic, person I have ever dealt with!!! She just kept interrupting my son who has a mental illness and was just hurrying him off their virtual phone call appointment!! Her license to practice should be taken away! I’ve tried to call the office to discuss and keep getting the run around!! VERY unprofessional place!!!
