Had an awful experience, with her. I had an appointment and they were running a little late, completely understandable, however then I was sat in a patient room for 45 minutes with apparently bad vital signs and not once did anyone check on me. I was told I was the next person to be seen since I had made an appointment and still had to wait 45 minutes. Finally I had to return to work so I attempted to leave and was verbally assaulted by Billie. She also stated I should not leave and if I did she would not provide me with test results and then continued to yell at me and stated she will make sure I am never allowed to see another provider within Springfield clinic. When I asked for her name she refused to provide it, and stated I’m not giving you that information. Also I am pregnant. She was completely unprofessional.
