I thought PA Bianca Bae was amazing. She listened to me and was very patient when I asked questions. She helped me understand the issue and treatments plans from her point of view which I think gives me more control over the situation! I would definitely recommend her to anyone searching for an OBGYN.

It was very disappointing and disheartening to be met with such apathy. At one point she implied that there was no real way to help manage my symptoms of PCOS and PMDD, and I was essentially sh*t out of luck. I fought back tears for the rest of the appointment and am actively looking for a new obgyn practitioner.

As a care provider myself, I found Bianca's bedside manner to be lacking. She wasn't empathetic to my concerns or symptoms. She speculated about my condition without all the data that needed to be gathered beforehand (biopsy, blood panel, possible ultrasound) and instead jumped to telling me a "hunch" that caused me distress. She told me that she would order labs but I've yet to receive a lab referral.

Bianca Bae, PA walked me through the procedure step by step making me feel very comfortable. She was great.

Bianca Bae was condescending, impatient, and irritated for the entire visit. She was literally sighing and eye rolling with contempt. Her breast exam was so angry, fast, and violent that I felt violated AND I am certain she could not detect a mass moving that fast. She was irritated with every request and every question. She made me feel inhuman. I was deeply uncomfortable the entire visit.

Her bedside manner was very unpleasant. She came across as cold & unfeeling. She was much more concerned with checking off boxes on the computer than showing even the slightest interest or care for the human being in front of her. After trying to answer the required questions she was reading off the computer It quickly became clear that I was merely a annoyance so I just shut my mouth & didn't bring up the concerning symptom I've been experiencing that caused me to make the appointment. I've been going to Cedars for my care for well over 20 years & have never experienced anything like it.

Bianca was so well informed. She really helped me and had some excellent suggestions.

I have never had a gynecologist want to take bloodwork before this appointment despite being diagnosed with PCOS for about 2 decades. I am impressed with the thoroughness of care and I feel like I am in good hands.
