Everybody in this office is awesome. They are all there to help and actually seem to care about people. I have recommended all my friends to switch.

As a person with several health issues that affect my vision, I appreciate good eye healthcare. Dr. Augustino has been knowledgable and helpful in all my visits with her. Always good to deal with a compassionate healthcare provider.

Great and smooth experience.

Informative and pleasant are the two words I would use to describe Dr. Augustino. I hadn't been to the eye doctor in over a decade (my how this experience has changed throughout the years!) and she made the entire experience smooth. Dr. A was clear in explaining everything and made pleasant small talk, even had me laughing at one point. She explained everything where I understood what was happening with my vision and why it's important to get it checked. Bringing my entire family back to see her.

Dr. Augustino was a real life saver for me a few weeks ago. I had an eye infection that wasn't getting any better. I went to an urgent care and when it started to get worse I decided to try someone else. I walked into Clarity eye care without an appointment and there wasn't any openings that day. The lady up front was going to schedule me for the next morning. Dr. Augustino heard the front lady scheduling me and came to ask about the problem I was having. After hearing about it she had them work me in right away!! In the exam she listened carefully and was able to quickly tell me what was going on. She explained it to me so that I understood why it wasn't getting better with all the medicine I had been taking. She even called me the next day after I started the new medicine to see how I was doing!!! I saw her a 3 more times until my infection was gone and each time she was kind and explained everything clearly. She really cares about her patients and goes the extra mile.

Beware. This is the worst place I have ever been. Dr. Augustino is a terrible low grade doctor. When she says I don't care that you can't see clear, I just want you to be able to read it! Red Flags! Then lies and deception about making things right. Which they never intended to do but led me to believe that. Truth is the RX was not right to begin with due to Dr. error. I have had decades of eye Dr.s and I have never had such a terrible experience, ever. She does not know how to correct vision. There is much more to get it right than just 1 or 2. Just goes through the motions. This Dr. is untrustworthy. The optician Lauren wrote what she wanted to on my file. The exact opposite of what I told her. They obviously are well trained to cover for each other. You have been warned. There are so many other eye doctors in the area that actually care and want to do their best for your eye health. Not here.
