I thank Dr. Mc Lendon very much. I saw Dr. McLendon for a few years up until about 2000. In part due to her help I've had a very productive life and recently retired to enjoy my "golden years". I was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2005 and underwent chemotherapy. I was uncharacteristically strong during this time. I'm sure before I met Dr. McLendon I would have been a bowl of quivering jelly had I received the same diagnosis. Again, thank you Dr. McLendon for your role in my "survival".
