I have back and spine issues and such and since I've been getting treated by dr lok I've been improving and highly recommend her to everyone she truly cares about her patients and there health

Sprained my neck which led me to a hospital visit. Called the Dr. IMMEDIATELY thereafter to as for advice on what to do to relieve pain for the weekend as it was a Friday...a return call was made...nearly 2 weeks later! There was little concern for me as a patient but far more about the potential damage it could do to her practice as the only concern was if she could see my x rays. DISAPPOINTED but NOT ALONE...heard of similar stories by a few others.
