Absolutely the best
Beth took my husband’s complaint of heartburn seriously and ordered cardiac test. Fast-forward, we found out that he had a 99% blockage in the LED and required two stent surgeries. She could have just have accepted his explanation of heartburn and giving him something for thatbut she took it seriously, and I have no doubt my mind she saved his life.

Heart Stent Help
This week at an appointment, Beth took all the time I needed to discuss a recent operation I had for a heart stent. She is always caring and helpful in getting me appointments with specialists when I need them

She is the worst. I went to see her just days after my doctor left the same Mercy "provider" practice, and I needed a refill for my lisinopril, but she refused to give it to me. I think it's because I'm on Medicare and the practice wanted to get rid of me -- they wouldn't schedule me with doctor in the practice recommended to me by my old doctor (who was there for only two years) for nine months!. She didn't charge me for the visit, but put in a nasty, untrue report of the visit into my medical record. But she didn't charge for the visit, so what does that say about her, and Mercy Health? Pretty unprofessional.

Provider Schott - the Unprovider
Went to see her after my doctor left this same practice, to refill my blood pressure medicine, but she refused, saying I'd have to establish care before I could get a refill, and that she herself is leaving the practice in a few weeks. She up and left the examining room, saying she was done.

She is unhelpful and rude.
She refused to answer my questions by saying that she had other patients to see. She was unhelpful and rude after giving me a shocking diagnosis and walked out of the exam room as I was asking her questions.

Rude and snarky
Doesn't respond to messages. Not sure if she isn't aware that patients can see her communications with staff members in my chart. But the way she speaks is unacceptable. I'm aware of what I as a patient needed to do for my health without any of her assistance. So I don't need to see her nasty comments in my chart about medication I don't need refilled. If she'd just take the extra step to look instead of being nasty

I’ve been seeing the same doctors for the past 12 years for a chronic illness that I have and that requires me to have FMLA for my work. My FMLA was up for renewal and she refused to fill out my FMLA paperwork because I normal doctor retired and I was to see a new doctor which I have no problem with. My problem is FMLA paperwork is time sensitive and they told me they cannot get me in until July 1st for my appointment and ther for refused to renew my paperwork that I have been getting renewed since 2009. Beth was extremely rude and told me that she can’t understand how my other doctors were filling my paperwork out because my condition requires me to see a cardiologist. I was diagnosed and being treated at mercy family physicians west park for 12 years and now that my doctors retired I am being refused my FMLA when all my paperwork is there? Never again will I step foot in a Mercy facility again. I am finding a new health care provider with the help of my cardiologist.
