Beth Hicks, NP

FIrst of all I was greeting by such nice people, that is a plus right off the bat. The nurse Rashonda (I hope I have her name correct) was absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable! She put me at ease quickly. Beth, well, she is nothing short of amazing. She spent so much time with me and listened and explained everything to me. When she examined me she let me know everything that happening. She took the time and answered all of my questions, gave me such great advice, and just really made me feel like I mattered and that she was there to help me with my issues. I went out of that office feeling like a million bucks! I never had someone explain things to me like she did and I’m over 60! I’m feel so blessed that I found her. I just can’t say enough of her and her office staff. I’m feel so much better just knowing I have someone to go to that understands.

Beth is a great practitioner. She is very knowledgeable and patient. I really like her bedside manner. She explains every little thing she is doing. I wish all doctors did that. She also takes her time and does a thorough examination. I would definitely recommend her.

Beth is friendly, caring, and compassionate. It's clear that she really wants to help women dealing with incontinence issues. She's very knowledgeable and has offered a variety of treatment options to me. I really appreciate that because one size does not fit all.

I have been a patient of HFH all my life, and have been blessed with some very good health care providers. BETH HICKS NP, is one of the best. She's kind, patient and allows you to make some decisions in your treatment plan. I would recommend her to anyone who would need her expertise.

Ms. Hicks explained everything she was doing ahead of time during the procedure. She also informed me of the abrasion she found, and told me how to treat it. I feel very comfortable with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone with my condition.

Beth Hicks was by far one of the best providers I have seen at HFHS. She listens, doesn't use medical jargon, and tells you in advance what she is about to do and asks your permission. She explains findings and recommendations clearly and makes sure you understand. Is is evident she has experience and is competent. She is pleasant and uses humor appropriately to make you feel at ease. The entire staff was excellent.

I felt immediately at ease under the care of Beth Hicks and Rashanda. I was comfortable throughout my exam and all my questions were answered. Kind and caring, I would highly recommend Beth and her team to anyone seeking women’s care.

she was very thorough...answered any and all of my questions ...I even had some questions after my visit and thru the Henry Ford 'mychart' she quickly answered a continuing problem I was having. Definitely would recommend her!

NP Hicks is beyond exceptional! She us one of the best medical professionals I have ever seen. She listens to you, is thorough, responds to your concerns. While doing an exam, she walks you through absolutely everything she is doing. She gave me my test results lightening fast. I can not recommend her enough!

I had an excellent experience with Nurse Hicks. She was everything anyone could want for medical care. I found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful. She was also interested, compassionate and very positive. She addressed my medical issues very professionally and went out of her way to solve them.
