I have had several doctors since I was first diagnosed and she is the best of all of them. Friendly and easy to talk to. She looked at my blood sugars and was able to fix some of my prescriptions that had side affects to minimize them!

While Beth is an excellent healthcare provider, it is impossible to speak with her without an appointment. Despite multiple attempts, I am sent to everyone in the office but her. Her calls are screened, and despite telling the male employee that the reason for call is personal and I need to speak with her, I was told that you she will not call a patient back unless they tell him the reason the call. Unacceptable. The staff should provide the same level of service as the practitioner. Basic customer service is all that is needed.

This was my first visit with her and she touched on so much with me and provided me with so much insight. I have had nothing but negative experiences with doctors and all but today I felt that I have finally found someone who actually is willing to help my issues and not make my weight the entire issue. I felt like a person for the first time in a long time.

The staff is nice however, this is a money driven office. If you are having an issue with your blood sugar just needing a small adjustment on your medication you have to make a virtual appointment and another co pay.Even if you seen the staff a week ago. They have a habit of turning things around and blaming you for one missed call from the doctor over a different issue. Prescriptions are not called in correctly.
